Yvette's Place
Yvette was a bird "angel" and took all the silkies and standard cochins among others when Caitlyn moved from her two acres into a neighborhood. She unfailingly feeds, waters, and locks all the birds up each night and lets them all out each morning. Not a small task! She raises countless babies and answers many email questions about bird and egg availability and bird care. A former 4-H poultry leader, Yvette is passionate about kids and helping them to become involved with the animals and their care. She also reaches out to the community by giving poultry care talks and bringing in experts on various topics.
Yvette's latest projects are bantam cochins, continuing with the delawares, silkies and moderns, and the silky ducks.
